Reservations Agent

**Daily Duties include, but not limited to**:

- Greeting guests with high energy and enthusiasm
- Booking reservations and upkeep of flight schedule
- Maintaining of the office space and passenger lounge
- Tracking sales, inquiries and daily leads and reporting to the Marketing team
- Invoicing and managing CRM software
- Administrative support for Operations Manager

- Familiarity with Office Suite (Excel, Microsoft, Outlook)
- Ability to efficiently focus on the tasks at hand
- Tourism knowledge (asset)
