Reservations Agent

SKY Helicopters, is based at the Pitt Meadows Regional Airport in Pitt Meadows, BC. Our close-knit team prides itself in our TripAdvisor Travellers Choice Award and for being the number 1 choice for Heli Tours and Adventure for customers from Greater Vancouver and around the world.

Skills Required:

- Positive and upbeat conversational skills
- Organized and detail orientated
- Takes initiative
- Familiarity with Office Suite (Excel, Microsoft, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Ability to efficiently focus on the tasks at hand
- Tourism knowledge

Daily Duties include, but not limited to:

- Greeting guests with high energy and enthusiasm
- Booking reservations and upkeep of flight schedule
- Maintaining of the office space and passenger lounge
- Tracking sales, inquiries and daily leads and reporting to the Marketing team

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
