Job Description:
The role of the Project Coordinator involves providing support to multiple construction projects that are in different phases and of varying complexity and size. The Project Coordinator role supports the delivery of projects through effective coordination and delivery of assigned sub components within overall projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Creating and keeping an up-to-date schedule of current and upcoming production jobs.
- Providing General contractors (GCs) and or consultants with submittals that may be required, before, during and after the project.
- Providing supervisors with job specific Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) sheets both printed to be put in the job binder and kept in the electronic file folder.
- Providing supervisors with an electronic folder for every job VIA Dropbox. This folder will include drawings, specs and safety files electronically.
- Creating Lift plans which include drawings to show GCs where we intend to put the crane and material trailers.
- Creating set up plans which include drawings to show GCs where we intend to set up garbage bins, propane, toilets, fencing and material prior to mobilization.
- Creating work method statements when required which includes the outline of the intended work for the project, the submittals that will be submitted and what mockups will be provided as per the spec.
- Receiving expenses from supervisors and from crew members including the metal department, filing them electronically in the server and submitting to VP for approval.
- Assisting Estimators with submittals including Product data sheets
- Creating job specific quality control plans.
- Keeping an up to date job board with the foreman and crew at each project
- Assisting supervisors with administrative requirements in order to keep office time for the supervisors mínimal.
- Covering for supervisors with their daily meetings and job specific coordination when on vacation.
- Assisting supervisors in the morning so that they go directly to job sites instead of coming to the office in the morning.

All other duties as assigned

- Ability to anticipate and provide solutions for management of risk
- Time Management - both personal and to manage others.
- Knowledge of construction industry materials and methods and procedure for manufacture of products
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
