Journeyman Cladder

**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Coordinate with workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Interpret blueprints, and project plans to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize construction management hardware and software to maintain production targets.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards.
- Mentorship to new team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project progress.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Journeyman within the cladding industry.
- Strong knowledge of cladding sequencing and quality control processes.
- Aptitude to adopt new strategies and tactics to improve productivity rates and hit performance targets.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction field.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Aerial Lift certificate for both boom and scissor lift
- Fall Protection certificate
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Journeyman Electrician: 1 year (preferred)
