Managing the clinical practicum requirements and processes effectively.
- Ensuring timely student placement at practicum sites.
- Resolving common practicum-related issues faced by students.
- Helping in the upkeep of Clinical Practicum Records.
- Facilitating communication with students, especially during the practicum site search process.
- Streamlining communication and administrative tasks related to the PSW Clinical Practicum.
- Providing necessary student documents to practicum sites.
- Fostering and sustaining productive relationships with various departments within the institution.
- Exercising good judgment and initiative while handling inquiries, including referrals when appropriate.
- Overseeing the review and maintenance of systems and documents supporting the PSW Practicum Program.
- Preparing and providing site orientation documents for all students.
- Handling queries from clinical agencies about planned student clinical site placements.
- Liaising with practicum sites to fortify existing partnerships and develop new ones.
- Conducting practicum orientation sessions.
- Providing support for non-PSW and other practicum programs.
- Undertaking other responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A University Degree or College Diploma from a Canadian-recognized institution. Equivalent international qualifications will also be considered.
- Excellent customer service aptitude.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and mínimal errors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently or in collaboration with others.
- Adaptability to manage shifting priorities, work under pressure, and adjust to new procedures or systems.
- Proficient in multitasking, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a Private Career College or similar educational environment is considered an asset.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
