Social Media E-commerce Coordinator

Nous recherchons un coordinateur e-commerce sur les médias sociaux, passionné par le commerce électronique, capable d'optimiser le contenu et de développer la notoriété de notre marque sur toutes les plateformes. Vous savez comment rédiger un contenu convaincant qui engagera nos lecteurs avec la voix de notre marque. Vous êtes analytique et mesurez constamment le succès des campagnes et cherchez des moyens de les optimiser. Vous connaissez Shopify et vous serez responsable des opérations quotidiennes et du succès de notre site web. Les principales tâches comprennent:
- Brainstorming avec l'équipe marketing pour développer des promotions de vente basées sur les produits et le calendrier mensuel des médias sociaux.
- Collaboration avec l'agence de gestion des médias numériques pour les médias sociaux et le web.
- Générer, éditer et publier des supports de médias sociaux qui créent des liens significatifs et encouragent la notoriété de la marque et les conversions.
- Cibler stratégiquement notre communauté virtuelle et interagir avec elle.
- Développement et maintenance des campagnes de médias sociaux payants.
- Gérer notre site web Shopify, les mises à jour quotidiennes, le dépannage et le programme de fidélité.
- Création de plans financiers mensuels pour le site web
- Gérer et accroître les revenus du site web.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le département des opérations pour la planification des stocks et l'allocation appropriée des stocks.
- Effectuer des recherches sur les mots clés afin d'identifier les mots clés forts qui génèrent un trafic important.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de référencement, ainsi que gérer tous les efforts de référencement visant à améliorer le classement dans les moteurs de recherche et le trafic global du site Web.
- Coordination et entretien des bulletins d'information numériques Mailchimp et Klaviyo.
- Analyse des performances des rapports sur le web et les médias sociaux (Google Analytics), B2B/B2C et développement de l'audience.
- Il ne s'agit pas d'un poste à distance, la capacité à travailler sur place est requise.

**Qualifications**:
Formation post-secondaire en marketing, communication ou commerce.
- Connaissance approfondie de HTML, CSS, de la plateforme Shopify et de Klaviyo.
- Sens aigu de l'organisation, compétences en matière de stratégie, de planification et de gestion des résultats.
- Plus de 4 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de campagnes de médias sociaux et le développement web.
- Connaissance approfondie du marketing en ligne et des canaux de médias sociaux, notamment Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest et Linkedin.
- Compétences en SEO et CRO, développement de contenu et marketing de contenu.
- Forte expérience de l'utilisation d'outils d'analyse de sites Web (Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEM Rush, Facebook Pixel).
- Forte compréhension de l'analyse des données, du marketing de la performance, de la conversion et de l'acquisition de clients en ligne.
