**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Book Service, Maintenance and Estimates through our user-friendly customized scheduling software
- Manage service workload to ensure just in time service combined with getting the right tech to the job, as well as providing updates as needed
- Follow up on customer requests for service, estimates and membership agreements
- Offer our customers personalized products, services and solutions
- Processing of payments and other duties to enhance our customers service experience
- You have excellent time management, customer service, multitasking and organizational skills
- You can effectively communicate with customers and collaborate with team members in a timely manner
- Must be able to effectively work alone and juggle multiple priorities
- **Previous scheduling experience within the Industry is a huge asset**
- **HVAC or/and Plumbing background/experience is a definite asset**
- **Working with Service Titan is a definite asset**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- HVAC/Plumbing Dispatch: 3 years (required)
- HVAC/Plumbing CSR: 3 years (required)
- Service Titan: 3 years (required)
- HVAC/Plumbing Coordinating: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
