Dental Clinic Receptionist

Dr. Surana Dentistry is looking for a customer service oriented Dental Receptionist with the following skills and personality attributes to join our team at our Clinic located in Mississauga:
- Proficiency in **Paradigm Logic Tech Clinical **software **is a MUST.**:
- Clear, concise, and controlled speech.
- Customer service attitude with a genuine willingness to listen and help the clients.
- Must have a good sense of directions and should be able to explain office location to the clients with the help of google maps.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and stay calm in stressful situations.
- Excellent filing and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgent and most critical.
- Ability to multitask.
- Availability on weekends.
- At least 1 year of Dental office experience is required.
**Job description/responsibilities**:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new patients.
- Ensuring an overall positive patient experience.
- Following up with patients and scheduling appointments.
- Sending out estimates to insurance and follow ups.
- Calmly listen and respond to patient’s feedback and comments.
- Handling insurances, billing, and payments (Cash/credit card etc.)
- Reviewing financial options and payment plans with patients.
- Managing daily appointment schedules.
- Answering phones and making follow up calls.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
