**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all phases of software production from initial planning to final delivery.
- Implement and manage Agile and Scrum methodologies for software development teams.
- Use Jira and Confluence to track, manage, and communicate project progress.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Prioritize tasks based on company goals and team capacity.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years industry experience in the context of agile software/web development within an established team.
- Proven experience as a Software Production Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in software development.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.
