**For full-time employees**:

THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Under the supervision of the Team Leader, marketing and social media, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring the execution of Bikini Village's day-to-day social media operations. They will participate in the implementation of social media strategies and the roll-out of any changes and projects in order to maximize reach and engagement across all social media channels.
- Participate in the implementation of strategic plans on all social media channels.
- Work in collaboration with the content strategy and creative teams to develop publication schedules while ensuring Bikini Village's brand image is respected.
- Coordinate all daily social media activities.
- Implement the publication calendar.
- Create and schedule posts.
- Maintain editorial rigour (choice of images, approval process and validation of rights, sharing authorization, etc.).
- Collaborate in the management of production needs (photoshoot, creation of assets, video needs, etc.).
- Ensure the management of social communities: monitor comments, answer customer questions, create and animate conversations.
- Adopt good social media practices.
- Understand social media performance indicators and monitor them on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
- Conduct regular and effective competitive reviews.
- Ensure good communication and cooperation with various departments and teams.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media or equivalent.
- 3 years experience in a social media position.
- Experience in the retail and/or fashion industry (an asset).
- Understanding of social media best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of the Canva platform (an asset).
- Knowledge of digital medias;
- Proficiency in the Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
- Organizational skills, autonomous and able to evolve in a changing environment.
- Thoroughness, rigor and attention to detail.
- Recognized interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Bilingual, both oral and written (French and English).
- Available on weekends to monitor social media.
