**Education and Experience**
- 3-5 years of prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility. Paper converting or corrugate converting experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or relevant field (an asset)
- Strong people management skills are a must
- Must be proficient at mentoring and coaching employees for success.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Results-oriented and the ability to motivate a team to perform at high levels.
- Experience in troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Ability to make good decisions with an innovative approach.
- Ability to acquire applicable converting/technical/machine knowledge.
- Ability to train and transfer knowledge effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with SAP an asset.
