**Manager, Digital Properties**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in web development, digital content creation and project management. You will also need to have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with collaborators from the Digital team, Communications and Engagement, and Customer Service team to coordinate and execute digital initiatives that support our business goals and objectives.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead the design, development and maintenance of content for websites, apps, and other digital platforms to align with CRNA’s strategic goals and objectives
- Plan, execute and manage digital projects from conception to completion
- Foster and facilitate strong relationships with internal partners to meet goals and support their needs
- Evaluate and optimize the user experience and engagement of digital properties
- Conduct review, analysis and evaluation of the design and content of digital properties to ensure alignment and consistency with CRNA’s brand identity
- Develop and publish content such as videos, articles and infographics using various digital platforms
- Research industry related topics and recommend best practices for content development on different online platforms
- Responsible for taking the lead to perform a structural review of the public website and College Connect (registrant portal) to get an assessment and insight on the functionality of our digital content structure and recommend changes to support positive user-experience and efficiency of finding content
- Identify emerging issues and gaps in process and provide expertise in finding a solution to optimize overall efficiency
- Responsible for staying up to date with industry trends and implementing practices for cross platform digital projects
- Generate regular reports and develop key metrics to measure and analyze content performance and feedback
- Develop process documentation and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Coach, mentor and supervise team

**What You Posses**
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, technology or in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
- 7-9 years progressive management experience or relevant experience
- A combination of equivalent education and experience will be considered
- Experience in the regulatory field, with public agencies or in government is an asset
- Knowledge of web design and development tools and platforms
- Ability to create and maintain digital assets such as websites, apps, social media pages, etc. and to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in web content creation
- Experience with project management and leading change
- Proficiency in SEO, analytics, and online marketing strategies
- Communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Creativity and innovation in finding solutions to digital challenges
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
- Experience developing web content with technologies including HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap is preferred
- Experience with web analytics tools to monitor and optimize content performance
- Experience with web content management systems (bonus points for Umbraco)
- Experience with Windows, Android, iOS and MacOS based systems
