**Essential Functions**:

- Ability to confidently build and assemble/disassemble plastic injection molds
- Spotting skills is an asset
- Ability and skill to work with mínimal supervision
- Capability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Exceptional attendance and punctuality

**Position Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ mould making experience
- Willingness to work the necessary hours to meet due dates
- Ability to work day/afternoon shifts
- Good communication skills
