**Boeing Canada Operations Ltd**. is seeking a **Planning and Scheduling Specialist**, reporting to the Medium to Heavy Lift Helicopter (MHLH) Program Manager, working out of the **Ottawa **office.

The MHLH Program team is responsible for providing comprehensive In-Service Support to the CH147F Chinook fleet of the Royal Canadian Air Force. This support includes program management, spares and tooling, integrated logistics, training, engineering, as well deployment support.

**The Planning and Scheduling Specialist** will join the Program Management team within the MHLH Program to provide planning and scheduling support for the program and growth opportunities including specific special projects.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Supports preparation, development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements.
- Assists with the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules
- Supports the integration of program plans and schedules.
- Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline.
- Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains, an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements.
- Supports metrics for plans and schedules for moderately complex projects, programs, and change activities across the lifecycle of a program.
- Assists with studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, production rates, production development activities, process improvement, or program initiatives.
- Under guidance develops the Integrated Master Plan, schedule and supports change incorporation plans related to integrated scheduling products.
- Identifies, analyzes and reports performance variances to management. Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates recovery plans where appropriate.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- 2+ years of experience in Planning and/or Scheduling Projects
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must hold G Driver’s License or provincial equivalent
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
- Must consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment
- Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
- Must be eligible for Secret Level II security clearance

**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:

- Post-secondary education
- Active Secret Level II

**Typical Education and Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
