**Poste**:
Le titulaire du poste dirige la croissance des parts de marché, des ventes et de rentabilité des catégories de produit, des vendeurs et des unités de stockage (SKU) dont il est responsable, en collaborant et en effectuant les analyses nécessaires avec les équipes des ventes et du marketing.**Responsabilités**:

- Influencer les décisions de vente en faveur des articles rentables (marque Sysco, produits de source externe et autres).
- Partager des renseignements sur les produits avec l’équipe des Ventes.
- Prendre en charge la formation sur les produits et le programme de formation pour les catégories dont il est responsable.
- Participer aux réunions de vente générale afin de soutenir la croissance de la catégorie en conformité avec les orientations de l’entreprise et de la région.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de marketing lors de promotions de catégories régionales.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de ressources d’entreprise sur les occasions vis-à-vis des clients.
- Utiliser les renseignements sur les marchés pour établir des offres de vente pertinentes.
- Prendre des décisions en matière des produits offerts localement.
- Simplifier les unités de gestion des stocks afin de mieux cerner les besoins de l’entrepôt.
- Mettre en œuvre les stratégies d’entreprise pour propulser les initiatives de gestion de la croissance des partenariats.
- Soutenir l’approvisionnement relativement aux produits antérieurs, excédentaires ou périmés.
- Résoudre des différences et des conflits locaux impliquant les vendeurs.
- Négocier des ententes en lien avec les programmes locaux.
- Faciliter la mise en place locale d’articles et de vendeurs, ainsi que la détermination de coûts.
- Se conformer à la politique et aux procédures de Sysco quant à la sécurité alimentaire afin de garantir le respect des exigences en matière de sécurité alimentaire, de qualité et de légalité.
- Être disposé à travailler en toute sécurité en minimisant l’impact sur l’environnement et comprendre l’importance de signaler immédiatement à son supérieur hiérarchique tous les risques, incidents et déversements dans l’environnement.
- Comprendre l’importance de son rôle dans sa propre sécurité et celle de ses collègues et être prêt à signaler les dangers.
- Effectuer d’autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.

**Qualifications/compétences/exigences**:

- Minimum d’un an d’expérience en gestion de marchandisage/catégories ou marketing.
- Expérience dans la vente au détail ou les services alimentaires un atout.
- Formation postsecondaire dans un domaine connexe de préférence; une expérience professionnelle équivalente sera prise en compte.
- Compétences intermédiaires en Microsoft Office, y compris Excel, Word, PowerPoint et Outlook.
- Aptitude à entretenir des relations étroites avec les vendeurs, les responsables des ventes et les services internes pour stimuler les ventes, résoudre les problèmes et instaurer un avantage concurrentiel.
