Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Community Care Workers. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to seniors in their homes or assisted living facilities. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

**Duties**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental condition
- Provide support for individuals with dementia or memory loss

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in assisted living, senior care, or home care is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Knowledge of medication administration is a plus
- Familiarity with dementia care is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $21.62 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 34 per week
