We are currently seeking an **Estimator and Project Coordinator** to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our talented designers, internal team, and occasionally with contractors and clients to bring stunning kitchen and bath designs to life.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with our design team to price cabinetry, countertops, and hardware for both new construction and renovation projects.
- Prepare quotes, detailed cost estimates, and contracts to provide clients with clear and transparent information.
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely project execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise on location.
- Coordinate internally to ensure the smooth execution of the project, overseeing order placement, tracking, and receiving.

- Organize installation schedules and maintain communication with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure projects remain on track.
- Create detailed cost analysis reports to maintain clarity with internal team members.
- Support clients with any necessary adjustments during the final stages of the design and installation process.
**Skills & Experience**:
- A post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., construction management, interior design, or architecture) is preferred.
- Experience in estimating, project coordination, and related roles in kitchen, bath, or interior design.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and a solid understanding of the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
- Must be capable of efficiently managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
