**Our Team**: As a member of the HRIS & Sustainability team, you will play a key role in the development, governance and execution of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy.

In your role, you will:

- Manage the annual ESG report preparation process: objectives, interviews, data collection, report editing, etc.
- Ensure governance of the progress of the different teams to achieve ESG objectives
- Contribute to developing the company's ESG practice through research and development projects
- Communicate on sustainable development topics with stakeholders both inside the company and externally

**Qualifications**
- You have five years of relevant experience in sustainable development in a large organization
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainable development, social economic development, environment or a related field.
- You have a passion for sustainability topics and personal interest in following developments in the field
- You have initiative, judgment and ability to work independently, motivated, meticulous and organized.
- You have excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
- You have superior communication and skills and ability to collaborate effecively across teams in a large company
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
