People Can Fly is one of the leading independent AAA games development studios with an international team of hundreds of talented individuals working from offices located in Poland, UK, US, and Canada, and from all over the world thanks to our remote work programs.

Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.

Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is our new project being developed with Square Enix; Maverick is a Triple-A game developed in collaboration with Microsoft Corporation; Bifrost & Victoria are projects we're growing in the self-publishing model. We are also busy working on a VR and undisclosed projects, more information on those to come later.

Contribuer à la vision artistique et au développement d'un produit en se concentrant sur la création de panoramas fantastiques par la génération de matte paintings, de skyboxes et de géométrie d'arrière-plan.

L'artiste Vista doit être capable de collaborer efficacement avec un large éventail de membres de l'équipe de développement en dehors de sa discipline directe, tels que le directeur artistique, les artistes de l'environnement, les artistes FX, les concepteurs, les artistes techniques, les animateurs, les programmeurs et les producteurs, afin d'atteindre de manière optimale les objectifs artistiques et la mise en œuvre de la conception et des considérations technologiques.
- Démontrer la maîtrise du Level art.
- Générer et texturer des terrains réalistes, des assets vista sur mesure, des matte paintings et des skyboxes.
- Créer des modèles 3D, sculpter et peindre des cartes de texture 2D, en veillant à respecter les normes de qualité et la vision artistique.
- Collaborer avec le directeur artistique, le responsable artistique et les autres artistes pour obtenir une esthétique cohérente et une représentation conceptuelle.
- Coordonner avec les équipes d'éclairage, d'effets spéciaux et d'art technique afin d'optimiser les panoramas en fonction de la fréquence d'images et des exigences techniques.
- Travailler avec Tech Art pour développer des outils non destructifs pour la génération et l'optimisation des paysages.
- Innover de manière proactive et documenter les flux de travail de pointe afin d'inspirer les autres artistes.
- Contribuer à d'autres aspects de la production d'art environnemental selon les besoins, tels que l'habillage des décors et la construction du monde.

- Contribute to the artistic vision and development of a product with a specialized focus on creating fantastic vistas through the generation of matte paintings, skyboxes, and background geometry.

A Vista Artist must possess the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide-range of development team members outside of their direct discipline such as the Art Director, Environment Artists, FX Artists, Designers, Technical Artist, Animators, Programmers and Producers to optimally achieve artistic goals and implementation as they relate to design and technological considerations.
- Demonstrate proficiency level art workflow.
- Generate and texture realistic terrains, bespoke vista assets, matte paintings, and skyboxes.
- Create 3D models, sculpt, and paint 2D texture maps, ensuring adherence to quality standards and artistic vision.
- Collaborate with Art Director, Art Lead, and other artists to achieve cohesive aesthetic and conceptual representation.
- Coordinate with Lighting, FX, and Tech Art teams to optimize vistas for frame rate and technical requirements.
- Work with Tech Art to develop non-destructive tools for landscape generation and optimization.
- Proactively innovate and document cutting-edge workflows to inspire fellow artists.
- Contribute to other aspects of Environment Art production as needed, such as set dressing and world building.
