**Arcanos Property Management Corporation** Join a best in class team
**We are looking for a Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for our new residential building located at Yonge & Eglinton. The ideal Concierge will have a broad knowledge of hospitality and customer service practices. The goal is to create an excellent first impression.**
**Duties include**:
- Welcome residents and guests, answer the front desk phone line, assist with package pickup, address resident inquiries and concerns
- Resolve general security issues that may arise ( i.e. loitering, loud parties, etc.)
- Maintain general cleanliness of the front of house areas.
- Manage the loading dock area and help check-in / check-out vendors, resident deliveries, moving trucks, etc.
- Acquire a broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area, including amenities and events.
- Build strong relationships with current and future residents
- Proactively communicate with other team members and management
- Act as a brand ambassador and, provide exceptional client service at all times
**Skills**:
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Hospitality, Administrative or Property Management experience preferred.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Google, etc.
- Comfort with basic technology.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Maintain calm and composed demeanor at all times.
- Must maintain professional appearance and comply with dress code policy
- Professionally and courteously handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints, or concerns from residents.
First aid/ CPR certification an asset.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
