Vous êtes un agent au sein de notre Équipe de Gestion et recouvrement des crédits et vous agissez à titre d’ambassadeur de RBC pour offrir une expérience exceptionnelle aux clients en leur offrant des conseils et des solutions financiers lorsqu’ils en ont besoin. Vous faites la promotion de la marque RBC et vous offrez du soutien à nos clients qui interagissent avec nous de diverses façons. Si vous avez de solides aptitudes pour la communication, êtes curieux et avez à cœur de fidéliser la clientèle et de gagner sa confiance, une carrière à long terme à RBC vous attend. Il s’agit d’un poste à temps partiel et la possibilité de faire du télétravail. Nos centres sont situés à Winnipeg, Meadowvale & Montreal. **Quelles sont les tâches ?**
- Se concentrer sur l’aide à apporter aux clients quand ils ont le plus besoin de nous, en répondant à une multitude de questions avec empathie, en leur proposant des solutions et en répondant à leurs préoccupations financières.
- Informer les clients et leur offrir des conseils pour répondre à leurs besoins financiers, tout en leur offrant des solutions de crédit à court et à long terme personnalisées.
- Renseigner les clients et les aider à tirer parti des capacités numériques de RBC.
- Régler les problèmes au premier point de contact de façon amicale et serviable et entretenir les relations avec des partenaires pour travailler comme une seule équipe RBC.
- Contribuer aux résultats de l’équipe en soutenant tous les collègues afin de répondre aux besoins des clients.
- Entretenir et consolider les relations avec les partenaires pour travailler ensemble à RBC comme une seule équipe.
- Gérer les risques en respectant les procédures, les processus et les contrôles établis aux fins de conformité pour protéger les intérêts des clients et des actionnaires.

**Compétences essentielles**:

- Aptitudes manifestes pour les relations interpersonnelles, la communication et la résolution de problème
- Capacité démontrée d’établir des relations, d’offrir les bonnes solutions à nos clients et d’atténuer les risques
- Désir d’offrir des expériences exceptionnelles aux clients en répondant à leurs besoins et en réglant leurs préoccupations avec empressement
- Bilingue Français et Anglais (oral et écrit) - la maîtrise de l'anglais est requise afin de servir nos clients dans les communautés anglophones
- Très grande disponibilité pour travailler un minimum 15.5 heures par semaine dont deux quart de travail de 4 heures (matin ou soir) lundi au vendredi entre 8h00 à 21h00 HNE et un quart de travail de 7.5 heures tous les samedis entre 8h00 à 16h00 HNE.

**Compétences souhaitées ?**
- Expérience dans un rôle de service clientèle, dans lequel vous avez offert diverses solutions en fonction des besoins
- Expérience au sein d’une équipe et dans un environnement axé sur des paramètres de rendement
- Expérience dans un centre d’appels ou dans un cadre dynamique dans le secteur des finances ou des services
