**Responsibilities & duties**:

- Research, track, maintain and update leads
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business
- Contact prospects to qualify leads
- Research and maintain lead generation database
- Conduct market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
- Participate in the preparation of webinars and / or sales presentations
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
- Administrative function will include (not limited to) preparation of legal request forms, spread sheets, preparation of sales tools and meeting presentations.
- Attend Franchise Show, Webinars and/or Seminars when required. (Occasional weekend and some evening work)
- You must be willing to work either in the office or hybrid (office and home) for this position.

**Skills / attributes required**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with cold calling
- Experience with research and maintaining databases
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience in using CRM, SAP preferred, and Mailchimp
- Self-Starter, goal driven, collective collaboration
- Strong project and time management skills
- Experience working with franchising (preferred)

**Qualifications / experience required**:

- A degree/diploma in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
- 1-2-year(s) experience in sales & administration.
- Franchise Exposure is an asset
