**Job Description**:

- To meet or exceed the revenue targets set by the NSM (all brands)
- To be instrumental in the forming of Strategies and Plans for the prescribed accounts, as discussed with the NSM
- Manages and coordinates the activities of the sales force implementing the agreed strategies, quotas, policies, ethos and culture of the Division
- Counsel, advise, support and motivate the team through dialogue and written communication
- Assists in the recruitment, selection, motivation and training of Territory Sales Managers
- To review and observe the weekly call planning and reports. To check for synergy in plan vs. actual call cycles To identify, document and manage the issues of competitor’s threats and trends To offer retort, and action, to offset those threats in a timely and diligent manner

**Qualifications**:

- Completed Diploma or Degree preferably Business, Marketing or related
- In-depth knowledge of the multi-level distribution flow, the intricacies of the customers involved
- Product knowledge of power tools and accessory products in the hardware industry an asset
- Proven experience in managing, motivating, and developing a sales team
- Strategic thinker with strong execution of national sales strategies
- Active participant of change management, continuous improvements and best practices execution and development
- Strong computer skills: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, SAP/CRM experience an asset
- Job location: Mississauga with some overnight travel required
