The Department of Health, Seniors and Long-Term Care is seeking a Research Agreement Clerk to join the Information Management and Analytics branch. The Information Management & Analytics (IMA) branch leads the Provincial Information Management and Analytics (PIMA) Shared Service, and maintains the Provincial Data Repository (PDR) and other IMA databases.

Qualifications:
**Essential**:

- Post secondary education in Health Policy, Privacy/Legal, Health Informatics, or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered
- Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support complex processes including research, evaluation of agrements and policies
- Excellent written communication skills to prepare documentation that is understood by a variety of audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage conflicting deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with senior managers, staff members and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal communication skills to convey clear and effective messages to a broad range of stakeholders.
- Ability to complete work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with a high degree of accuracy

**Desired**:

- Experience with research methodolgy and/or quantitative study designs
- Experience participating in the research process, preferably in the healthcare field

**Duties**:
The Research Agreement Clerk coordinates the development, approval, extension, publication, closure and any other processing related to research agreements, and liaises with a variety of external stakeholders. This role assists the Information Governance unit with maintaining research agreement documentation, filing, archiving and processes. The Reseacrh Agreement Clerk provides general support to all areas within The Information Management & Analytics (IMA) branch, primarily related to research agreements.
