**What is a Human Resources Business Partner - Disability at Yellow Pages?**

The person in this position will act as a trusted business partner in the transformation of our organization and will support the business units by providing strategic support to the achievement of corporate objectives. He/she communicates and implements HR strategies, supports talent management programs and ensures best practices in the integration, development, and retention of resources. In addition, this person will be responsible for managing disability files with our collaborator and insurance provider. Finally, this person will be called upon to coordinate several corporate activities over the course of the year.

**Responsibilities**:

Advisor role
Organizational development
- Actively participate in the creation of training content for managers and/or employees.
Disability management
- Support and advise the HR team in the management of complex cases and their return to work.
- Suggest improvements to disability management operations and processes.
- Monitor suppliers' performance in disability management to ensure that services provided are optimal and propose solutions and avenues for improvement both internally and with suppliers.
- Manage problem files and resolve complaints where necessary.
- Act as a resource person for employees regarding Yellow Pages’s disability management policies and practices.
Benefits Management
- Actively participates in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
- Acts as a resource person for employees, managers and HR business partners regarding group RRSPs, pension plans, group insurance and employee assistance programs.
Is responsible for the following elements related to benefits programs:

- Consolidation and analysis of data relevant to the development of new programs.
- Coordinates operational activities with the payroll team and the benefits administrator.
Planning of corporate activities
- Act as a resource person for the organization of corporate and wellness activities.

**What do you need to be a Human Resources Business Partner - Disability at Yellow Pages?**
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5 to 10 years' experience in an HR Consulting role or as an HR Generalist.
- Good knowledge of various HR legislation (labor standards, health and safety, labor relations, disability management, etc.).
- Bilingual French and English (spoken and written).
- Professional designation an asset.

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact.
- Ability to think actively and independently to make decisions.
