**Department Overview**
- The Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the OSFI Leverage reporting processes and internal liquidity and funding reporting, providing support and guidance on ongoing monthly reporting deliverables. The Analyst will also be responsible for managing relationships with the business and stakeholders on key capital initiatives, such as implementation of new products into the OSFI leverage calculation and providing meaningful reporting/analysis to influence business behavior, strategic decision making and optimal balance sheet usage.- Collaborate with other LoBs, technology partners, the business and other relevant stakeholders to ensure OSFI regulatory rules are well understood/interpreted, and calculation assumptions accurately capture business rationale.
- Support the development and implementation of new financial models, leverage treatment, methodologies, frameworks and paradigms to support on-going business unit reporting and analysis functions. Provide meaningful reporting/analysis to influence business behavior, strategic decision making and optimal balance sheet usage.
- Support the execution and onboarding of new products in the TDS leverage calculation process to ensure compliance with all existing rules and integration into the capital calculation processes.
- Provide accurate and thorough impact analysis on new leverage and funding initiatives; interpret findings, identify issues, and propose possible solutions.
- Work closely and manage relationships with different stakeholders from several groups i.e. Treasury and Balance Sheet Management, Finance Shared Services, Technology, Accounting, Front Office, Audit etc.

**Job Requirements**
- Sound understanding of wholesale banking products and a good grasp of quantitative data analysis
- An independent thinker with strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to solve complex issues
- Self-starter; willingness to take initiatives for continuous learning and development
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Access; experience in analyzing large data sets using SQL/Access
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

**Specific Educational Requirements / Accreditations**:

- CFA, CPA or FRM designation preferred
- Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
