Safety First Ontario Inc. is seeking an individual to join our team for a maternity leave position.

Safety First Ontario Inc. is based in Aurora, Ontario and primarily services the GTA as well as locations throughout Ontario.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Minimum 3 years experience as Accounts Receivable/billing clerk
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt
- Customer focused attitude
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word & Excel
- Knowledge of Accounting principles
- Strong work ethic
- Must be able to work under mínimal supervision with attention to details

**Job responsibilities include**:

- Prepare and issue invoices accurately
- Mailing of customer invoices & ensure special customer instructions for successful submission are followed
- Handling general inquiries from clients about payment, sending invoice reprints, etc.
- Review accounts and prepare statements
- Daily customer collection calls
- Monitor A/R aging balances, follow up on overdue balances and alert management of any problem/issue
- Maintain productive work environment
- Data entry
- Provide management with daily reports on A/R
- Other A/R and Accounting duties as assigned
