Are you looking for a flexible, work from home opportunity? Our Contact Centre is hiring remote Contact Centre Insurance Representatives

Our Insurance Advisors are responsible for proactively meeting customers’ needs in a high volume contact center. In this ever-changing environment, we are looking for team members who are passionate about customer service, that like to have fun and celebrate their successes together.

**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times
- Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for the customers
- Optimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers’ needs
- Quickly access information from online databases to complete customers transactions
- Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews
- Adapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call, and customers priorities

**The value you bring**
- Passionate about customer service
- 2-3 years in a sales, customer service or Call center experience
- Experience building rapport with customers while using your professional phone etiquette skills
- Adept in retrieving customer data efficiently
- Previous Insurance experience is considered an asset
- Level 1 General Insurance License is considered an asset, but can be obtained with support from Western

Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours/week
