We are seeking friendly and empathetic individuals to join our team as **Customer Service Agents.** You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Listen attentively to customer needs and provide accurate and timely information, solutions, and assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Update customer accounts and records with relevant information and notes.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

**What We Offer**:

- Hourly wages starting at $17.00/ hour with bonus/commission potential based on performance

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Empathetic and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
