**REPORTS TO**: Lead Damage Prevention Specialist

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Manage Tundra’s OneCall Manager system, handling all incoming crossing and proximity requests for third-party field activities.
- Collaborate with Tundra’s Land Department to draft and execute third-party Crossing Agreements.
- Serve as Tundra’s site representative during third-party crossings, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and specific conditions of the agreement.
- Ensure accurate documentation and GPS data for buried infrastructure crossings, adhering to CSA-Z662 standards.
- Assist in preparing standard third-party flowline and cable crossing drawings, detailing excavation and backfill expectations.
- Support field operations by preparing, supervising, and executing integrity-related projects.
- Work with the Facilities Group to manage incoming GPS data for new constructions and oversee its integration into Tundra’s mapping programs.
- Contribute to map and record retention programs, ensuring the management of data related to buried facilities.
- Help develop and implement Pipeline Integrity Management Systems and O&M Integrity Programs within Tundra.
- Assist in engineering assessments for existing and new infrastructure, such as defect acceptance and operating condition changes.
- Evaluate and communicate applicable changes to CSA Z662 and provincial regulations, while ensuring compliance with Pipeline Integrity Management programs.
- Identify engineering competence requirements for contract supervision and external engineering firms.
- Proactively contribute to the implementation of new programs, supporting Tundra’s integrity and operational standards.

**WHAT YOU NEED**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Skilled in operating GIS and GPS equipment
- Capable of utilizing AutoCAD and AccuMap software
- Strong project management abilities
- Certifications: H2S Alive, First Aid & CPR, Ground Disturbance Level II
- Familiar with and willing to obtain certifications in:

- TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods)
- WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)
- Confined Space Entry
- Defensive Driving
- Line locating of buried infrastructure experience an asset.
- Basic understanding of Land Surveying considered an asset.
- Understanding of mechanical, civil and pipeline construction methods.
- Ground Disturbance Level II supervisory experience an asset.
- Understanding of Municipal, Provincial and Federal Acts and Regulations that govern the construction, operation and maintenance of pipeline assets.
- Experience with CSA Z662 code and knowledge of ASME B31.3 code considered an asset.
- Experience with Pipeline Integrity Management Systems
- Engineering or Technology memberships in relevant associations considered an asset.
- Understanding of and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings - PFD, P&ID’s, Isometrics, plot plans, surveys.
