**Your Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Write communications (articles, newsletters, web news, press releases, etc.), prepare creative visuals/infographics, videos and presentations for internal and external audiences aligned with brand image.
- Update all communications channels including intranet, in-house TV, Viva Engage, sandoz.ca, LinkedIn and others.
- Ensure the quality of communications (check writing, translation, graphics, etc.) in French and English.
- Manage the logistics of corporate events and celebrations (employee information meetings, holiday parties or corporate celebrations).
- Plan projects and oversee their execution, supervising the activities of external suppliers and agencies.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or administration.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in communications (internal or external) in a corporate environment.
- Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
- Expertise in project management.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and technological fluency with social networks (LinkedIn, Engage Viva, etc.).
- Ability to organize work independently, manage projects and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Curiosity to learn from innovative communication practices in the pharmaceutical sector or the business world in general.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector is an asset.
