Overview:
**Duties**:
- Take the culinary lead to ensure breakfast and lunch is executed and served in a timely fashion
- Meet the baking needs of incoming groups
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
- Train and mentor guest services support on proper techniques when necessary
- Perform any and all duties request by the Chef in the kitchen to ensure we meet guest expectations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Monitor kitchen sanitation and food safety practices
Qualifications:
- Open availability and schedule flexibility
- Minimum 2 years experience as a cook/cdp in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Baking experience and desire to create innovative baked goods program
- Knowledge and experience particularly in breakfast and lunch service for large groups up to 40 people
- Strong cooking skills with knowledge of various cuisines
- Willingness to be trained and responds positively to feedback
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate guest services staff
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- School certificate/diploma is an advantage

Pay: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
