Type: Full TimeTitle: Security Supervisor **(Surrey, BC)**Schedules: Monday to Friday: 8 am - 6 pmPay rate: $22.00 - 25.00 per hour.

Allied Universal is currently searching for a** Security Supervisor **in **Surrey, British Columbia**. The Security Supervisor will embrace our company's core values. The Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services. The Supervisor will act as a liaison between customer, Operation Manager and security officers. Supervise site staff, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Enforce Contract Standards
- CCTV and Live monitoring expereince preferred
- Administers site safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for security officers safety as appropriate to corporate procedures
- Capable to produce reports (such as Training Detail reports, etc.) that require interpretation and action for effective business management
- Enforces Allied Universal's policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos
- Perform other duties as assigned by Client and/or AUS Management
- Address performance issues by following formal corrective measures

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2 Year experience in the security industry
- Must possess a Valid Provincial Security Guard License
- Be at least 19 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to read, write, clearly speak English; demonstrate excellent comprehension skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Display exceptional customer service skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Able to:
- Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 20 pounds
- Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
