The Jersey Coordinator is responsible for monitoring jersey levels for all retail locations at Rogers Arena and overseeing all jersey cresting processes. This position will also support the Manager, Retail Operations with setting up Team Store and kiosks for hockey and ensuring all locations are restocked before and after an event. Coverage for hockey games will also be required on an as-needed basis.

This role will focus on:

- Coordinating with warehouse team on stock level and with the Senior Purchasing Manager on jersey orders
- Conducting audits, ensuring enough stock is on the floor and in the stands, along with sufficient back stock
- Ensuring Team Store and kiosks are replenished effectively with proper size runs
- Overseeing all jersey cresting processes, including cresting log and orders
- Overseeing Heat Press orders, inventory, and quality control of product
- Managing all internal requests, signing day orders, and player orders
- Providing feedback on areas that can be improved to Managers on a regular basis
- Providing monthly reports to Manager, Fan Services for tour summaries
- Assisting in planning, preparation and set up for the annual year end sale and offsite locations
- Reconciling courier invoices
- Other duties as required

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A secondary school diploma along with at least one year of retail experience
- Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Previous merchandising experience with an eagerness to learn more about the retail industry
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Enthusiastic, professional, and self-motivated attitude
- Proven problem solving skills and a commitment to service excellence
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Flexible with ability to adapt easily to changing priorities and schedules
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced environment
