Food Runner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Deliver food orders to customers promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery
- Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or special requests
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth food delivery process

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
