**Qualifications**
We are looking for a **Registered Psychologist **to join our team, who is:
- experienced in providing **counselling** services with individual adults, couples/families, and youth by telehealth
- highly skilled in working with clinical concerns involving**:Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Disturbances**:
- **organized, communicative, and accountable, **with excellent interpersonal, cultural sensitivity, and conflict resolution skills
- skilled at working from an **anti-oppressive and neurodiversity affirming **lens
- competent and experienced in working with **Indigenous, Black, and POC **clients
- competent and experienced in working with **gender diverse, non-monogamous, and 2SLGBTQIA+ **clients
- comfortable working with clients who require **third party **involvement/billing, such as: Indigenous Services Canada (e.g. FNHA, IRS RHSP), WorkSafe BC, ICBC, CVAP, VAC, CAF, RCMP (with comprehensive administrative support provided by Deep Sea Psychology)
- interested in developing **long term** working relationships
- able to offer **flexible hours** of availability
- able to work **independently** and collaborate with team members **virtually**:
- knowledgeable of appropriate **community resources** in your service area(s), and demonstrate a collaborative and integrative therapeutic approach

**Key Responsibilities**
As an Independent Contractor, you get to decide your own schedule and hours of availability, set your own rates for private-pay or sliding scale clients, and determine your own caseload goals and limits. We help you build your Deep Sea profile and get to know your areas of expertise, availability, and therapeutic approach to help you build your caseload.
As an Independent Contractor at Deep Sea Psychology, your key responsibilities include:
- Providing psychology services (e.g. counselling, consulting, and/or assessment) on a contracted basis within your defined scope of practice and areas of competency and interest
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date and comprehensive documentation regarding client care and case management using Deep Sea Psychology’s Electronic Health Record and Communication Systems
- Maintaining open and collaborative communication with Deep Sea Psychology regarding the comprehensive coordination of client care
- Consulting and referring to other professionals and community services as necessary

**Fully Remote - Work From Home**
We support a fully telehealth clinical group practice across Canada. This means that you can choose to work from the comfort of your home, or any other appropriate space where you can comfortably meet with clients by video-call or by phone in the province where you are registered. If you already have an office or home-office suitable for seeing clients, and you would like to see clients in-person, in addition to telehealth, let us know
**Competitive Split Rate Compensation**
