We are seeking an experienced and skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. As CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precise and efficient production of high-quality doors and windows for our valued customers. Your expertise in operating CNC machinery will be essential in delivering exceptional products that meet our strict standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. CNC Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate doors and windows components according to provided specifications.

2. Tooling and Material Preparation: Select appropriate tools and materials required for each production job, ensuring optimal efficiency and accuracy.

3. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to verify conformance with design specifications and quality standards, making necessary adjustments as needed.

4. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any malfunctions promptly.

5. Programming: Read and interpret CNC machine programming codes and make minor adjustments as required to achieve desired outcomes.

6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

7. Productivity and Efficiency: Strive to meet daily production targets while maintaining a focus on producing high-quality outputs.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including material usage, production times, and any issues encountered during the process.

**Requirements**:
1. CNC Experience: Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or similar environment, preferably within the doors and windows industry.

2. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CNC machine programming, tooling selection, and troubleshooting common operational issues.

3. Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and accuracy in working with materials to ensure the production of defect-free products.

4. Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in production demands and willingness to work with various door and window designs.

5. Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.

6. Safety-Conscious: Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment and adhering to all safety guidelines.

7. Physical Endurance: Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting heavy materials, and performing repetitive tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
