We are currently looking for a **Supply Chain Project Coordinator **to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.

**HYBRID WORK MODEL: Work in the office at 1280 Courtneypark Drive E, Mississauga every Monday and Wednesday. Work from home Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. Have a car to travel within GTA 20% (Mississauga, Brampton, Bolton, etc.)**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate project teams to deliver on the scope of projects for client implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain communication channels with project team members, management and customers.
- Review and evaluate current processes to develop continuous improvement solutions to meet the Company’s and customers’ business goals. Present recommendations.
- Support changes in processes though data analysis, reporting and monitoring. Perform analysis to identify optimal process modelling (fast to slow, SKU alignment, etc.).
- Capture business requirements and supply chain data in order to document and create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). Provide training as required.
- Assist the project team in adhering to project timelines and deliverables. Follow up on actions for completeness. Communicate updates, issues and risks.
- Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project e.g., Gannt charts, scope documents, project action logs, etc.
- Facilitate the resolution of issues assigned by the project team.
- Assist in preparing customer presentations. Participate in the customer presentation as required.

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- University Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Project Management or related discipline.
- PMP designation or working towards it is an asset.
- Minimum 2 year experience in project coordination or management.
- Minimum 1 years experience in supply chain analysis and optimization. Warehouse analysis with focus in 3PL is preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills required in Excel i.e., charts, formulas, pivot tables, v-look ups.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Power BI, AutoCAD are assets.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, or Transportation Management System (TMS) are assets.
- Ability to work in a fast paced multi-project environment with the ability to re-prioritize effectively when necessary
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Build and drive greater collaboration between Solutions Design and other functional areas including Business Development, IT, Finance, and Operations.
- Dedicated commitment to providing superior, timely internal and external customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a team environment.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently within a team environment
- Team cooperation and respect is required.
- Ability to travel within GTA (20%).
