Concrete Form Setters

**Clearwater Structures Inc. **is an industry leader in the heavy civil construction sector, specializing in bridge rehabilitation and construction. We are currently looking for **Concrete Form Setters (Carpenters) & Finishers** to join our teams in the Orillia, Gravenhurst, and Huntsville areas.

**Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Building and setting formwork
- Pour and vibrate concrete
- Finish concrete
- Strip forms in a safe manner
- Assists other workers with general labour activities when required
- Adapt easily to different formwork systems
- Work with a variety of hand tools, power tools and equipment unsed in concrete construction
- General housekeeping duties

**You should have**:

- 2-3 years experience in setting forms in the heavy civil construction industry
- Ability to read standard formwork drawings
- Dependable work attendance
- A positive attitude and teamworking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety; follows all rules and regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
