The All Dunamis Lifestyle Centre is a Christian-based multidisciplinary centre with a team consisting of a: Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, RMT, MSW, Psychotherapist, and Functional Medicine/Nutritionists, who are extremely passionate about helping people live pain-free, disease-free, and drug-free lives. In addition to addressing our patient’s various musculoskeletal needs, we work with patients/clients from all over the world that are needlessly suffering from a lifestyle disease, often due to obesity-related issues and we help them either reduce or eliminate their need for medications by identifying and attacking the root cause of their illness and implementing lifestyle modifications to improve their health. We are looking for a kinesiologist that fits with our vision of treating the entire patient, not just their pain syndromes, to join our team.
- Work under the direction of the Chiropractor and/or Physiotherapist in matters regarding treatment, progression of treatment and management of the patient;
- Treat MVA, WSIB and private patients;
- Design and implement a therapeutic exercise program to meet the identified patient needs using the clinic and our app (will train);
- Assist in front desk responsibilities;
- Perform the computerized portion of the clinical examinations and re-examinations on patients (will provide training);
- Provide therapy treatments, such as various electric stims, ultrasound, ice, heat, stretches and neurofeedback (will provide training);
- Provide small group exercise classes;
- Ensure the gym area is presentable, clean, organized and free of obvious safety hazards;
- Must be able to provide an energetic, informative clinic tour;
- Assist in patient education and community events that the centre is occasionally involved in outside scheduled hours;
- Have a passion for the technologies offered at our centre and implementing them in the clinic (i.e. heart rate training, body composition, using our lifestyle-fitness app);
- Must have impeccable time management skills and be able to efficiently work independently and without supervision;
- Light Cleaning Duties;
**What you need to be successful**
- A degree in Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, or something similar
- Registration in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (preferred)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- The ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The desire to work hard to improve your skills
- Empathy with a practical ability to build rapport with patients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (preferred)
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The constant desire and ability to facilitate our patient's needs by exceeding their goals
- The desire and ability to always learn and execute professionally

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
