**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with BLU Ristorante's brand identity and objectives.
- Curate and manage content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create visually stunning and enticing posts, stories, and other multimedia content that showcases the artistry of our cuisine.
- Monitor social media trends, online reviews, and engagement metrics to enhance the overall online presence.**:

- Updating Google Business page and trip advisor with images.

**Photography**:

- Plan, capture, and edit high-quality photographs that highlight the unique atmosphere, dishes, and events at BLU Ristorante.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food and beverage photography aligns with the restaurant's aesthetic and standards.
- Maintain an organized digital library of photos for marketing and promotional use.**

**Community Engagement**:

- Foster a sense of community through thoughtful and responsive interactions with our online audience.
- Collaborate with influencers, food bloggers, and local media to create buzz and excitement around BLU Ristorante.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of social media campaigns and photography efforts.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong photography skills, with a portfolio showcasing the ability to capture food, ambiance, and events effectively.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and staying updated on social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
