**Buske Office Equipment, **is seeking a highly driven individual with a passion for Office Management with bookkeeping experience, to join our team as a valuable Office Manager and Bookkeeper.

Buske Office Equipment is an owned and operated company in Renfrew County and the Ottawa Valley for 30 plus years. We specialize in print management solutions and provide service to a large client base. Many large national corporations trust us, as Dealers, with their mission critical printers because of our exceptional service record. We are authorized dealers of HP, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, Xerox and Toshiba with factory trained technicians serving Renfrew County, Ottawa and the Ottawa Valley.

**Location**:Onsite in Pembroke, ON

**Job Type**:Full Time/ 5 days per week

**Key Responsibilities**
- General Account duties including monthly reconciliation
- Book purchase orders for equipment.
- Prepare and submit lease contracts to clients and finally to leasing company
- Complete sales transactions in customer file
- Track orders and monitor customer accounts
- Book and attend meetings
- Prepare letters, reports and forms
- Log and complete commission spreadsheets for Sales staff
- Conduct research for potential clients or vendors
- Analyze data entries on daily operating programs
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Process accounts payable weekly, source deductions, process payroll bi monthly
- Oversee daily operations of office staff and technicians

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years bookkeeping and accounting experience
- Bookkeeping Certification
- Office management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Operating Programs and software adaptability
