Our areas of expertise are focused mostly in helping the community resolve their legal issues which often encompasses Family Law, Real Estate Law, Corporate and/or Will and Estate Law.
- Experience with residential purchases (including condominium units), residential sales, mortgage refinancing, and private lending transactions. Experience with commercial transactions an asset;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening);
- Able to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting client demands on accelerated schedules;

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Law clerk diploma or certification from an Ontario Accredited Law Clerk Program;
- Able to work independently on real estate transactions from file opening to the reporting stage;
- Strong knowledge of Unity, Teraview, Teranet, Word and accounting software such as PC Law and Cosmolex;
- Independent and diligent work ethic;
- Desire to grow and learn;
- Detail-oriented and organized;
- Able to work in fast paced and busy environment;
- Strong communications skills;
- Ability to communicate with clients, law clerks, lenders, real estate brokers and agents, mortgage brokers and agents and municipalities;
- Able to meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of legal procedures, legislation, statutes and governmental practices; and
- Superior customer/client service skills.
