Your future duties and responsibilities
- In partnership with delivery managers and product managers, ensure the successful delivery of initiatives and the roadmap;
- Assume responsibility for the implementation of the AGILE methodology (process and R&R, etc.), including the planning, organization and coordination of activities according to the standards in force;
- Coach the team and stakeholders to improve our ways of doing things and gain AGILE maturity;
- Report progress to its stakeholders in a spirit of transparency and rigor (according to the indicators in place);
- Ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards;
- Assess risks, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies;
- Create a work environment that promotes skills development, teamwork, creativity and recognition of employee achievements within its project team;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the Agile practice.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- A post-secondary student who is graduating this year or a recent grad who has graduated within the past 12 months; eligible programs: Project Management, Computer Science or a related field
- Team player who adapts well to changing needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for innovation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Relevant work experience including co-ops and internships considered an asset
- Less than 18 months of relevant work experience, excluding co-op and internships
- Interest in learning new technologies
- Desire to be part of a dynamic Agile team
- Be passionate about continuous improvements
