Job Description:
Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on specific project Prepares training materials, training sessions on project delivery methodology in accordance with guidelines. Acquires, customizes, documents, integrates, communicates and implements comprehensive IT standards and guidelines. Technical Skills:
Azure DevOps (must have) Experience managing multiple scrum teams in parallel Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks Communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus building, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated commitment and proven ability to do effective stakeholder management Knowledgeable and experience in Agile methodology and ability to educate others Experience facilitating the relationships between the Agile team and product owner and maintaining a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution Experience leading the Agile methodology and development teams in self-organization and identifying and filling in blanks in the framework Experience mentoring and coaching the teams on removing impediments Experience capturing feedback and documenting sprint reviews to administer project goals and improve team performance Desirable Skills: Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills both verbal and written to prepare documentation, reports, note keeping, status updates and assessments Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively and in a user-friendly manner Maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner Must Have Requirement: - Years of Scrum Master experience Azure DevOps Experience managing multiple scrum teams in parallel Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks Nice-To-Haves: Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc. Previous public sector exp is an asset
