**Job Title - Supply Officer - Aerospace**:
**Job Location** - Mirabel (3 days a week hybrid)

**Job description**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Validate requirements & ensure PO delivery execution
- Lead placement of Purchase Orders and administration of related activities (receiving, snags, invoices, inventory, safety stock parameters...).
- Analyze late deliveries and prioritize output from supplier to minimize impact on the production line
- Run short term & long-term operational plan (retrofit, shortages...)
- Follow-up supply chain performance (receiving, shops, transportation, shipping...) and manage discrepancies
- Ensure suppliers interaction (on site visits or remotely) with multi-functional teams to implement corrective & preventive measures
- Build strong relationships with internal teams such as supply chain quality management (SCQM), Conformance Management (CM), engineering, methods, quality, pro‐duction and strategic procurement.
- Manage non quality parts (Repair, Returns...)
- Provide overall visibility of stock levels. Acquire & follow-up action plans from suppliers to maintain efficient level
- Define recovery plan with Production teams when re‐quired. Understand the overall ""VSM"" (Value Stream Mapping) of your respective commodities.
