Notre équipe, experte en Supply Chain et Logistique, parle votre langage et évolue dans votre universJ'accompagne actuellement l'un de mes clients, manufacturier, une jeune PME avec de beaux projets nationaux et internationaux Prenez les rênes d'une logistique mondiale agile et performante Vous serez au coeur de la gestion des opérations logistiques à l'échelle internationale, pilotant l'approvisionnement, les achats stratégiques et la distribution des produits. Votre mission ? Garantir des livraisons optimisées, réduire les coûts et fluidifier la chaîne d'approvisionnement, tout en instaurant des processus toujours plus efficaces. Ce que nous offrons Emplacement : Bureau situé à Ville Saint-Laurent (présentiel) Encadrement : Supervision d'une équipe de 2 à 5 personnes Impact global : Collaboration avec des équipes internes et des partenaires internationaux Vos responsabilités Piloter la logistique mondiale : Assurer un approvisionnement fluide et sécurisé, depuis l'achat des matières premières jusqu'à la distribution. Négocier et optimiser : Établir des ententes stratégiques avec les fournisseurs et partenaires de transport pour garantir des coûts compétitifs et une qualité de service irréprochable. Structurer et améliorer : Développer des règles de gouvernance logistique, des procédures standardisées et des stratégies de stockage et d'entreposage. Analyser et innover : Suivre les KPI, optimiser les processus et anticiper les besoins pour assurer une performance durable. Encadrer et motiver : Diriger, former et inspirer l'équipe logistique pour garantir un fonctionnement optimal. Garantir la conformité : Veiller au respect des normes légales, réglementaires et de sécurité dans toutes les opérations. Le profil idéal Vous êtes un(e) stratège de la logistique, doté(e) d'un esprit analytique et d'une approche proactive. Vous excellez dans la négociation, la gestion de projet et l'optimisation des flux logistiques. Votre leadership naturel vous permet d'encadrer et de faire évoluer une équipe performante. Démontrer un leadership mobilisant La personne doit faire preuve d'une excellente organisation et d'une grande efficacité dans la gestion de ses tâches et de ses priorités. Bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office (Advanced Excel) Excellente maîtrise du français et niveau d'anglais fonctionnel est requis.
