Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join SOTI and support our Senior Account Manager with their day-to-day activities. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for quoting via Salesforce, order processing multiple orders in a day, supporting perpetual to cloud licenses, helping with support ticket escalations, and acting as an out of office back up. You will also work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

To be successful as a Sales Coordinator, you should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You should also have a strong knowledge of SOTI One products and services, as well as Salesforce and other CRM tools. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and send quotes to customers via Salesforce.
- Process orders and invoices accurately and timely
- Support Senior Account Manager with their daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Support perpetual cloud licenses and ensure a smooth transition for customers.
- Help with support ticket escalations and follow up with customers until resolution.
- Act as an out of office back up for Senior Account Manager and other sales staff
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Generate and analyze sales reports and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Experience you'll bring:

- 1-2-year customer/partner facing experience
- Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role in a SAAS company
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SAAS products and services and industry trends
