**Role Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. (In-Home Sales)
- Utilize company-provided resources to demonstrate product value and benefits.
- Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Maintain a detailed record of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the wider team to share insights, feedback, and improve sales strategies.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on product features and company offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for excellence.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Reliable Transportation

Availability: Position starts in early October with a week of online training in our “Sales Closer Academy” to get you prepped and ready.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $6,000.00-$24,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
