**Who we need**:
We need a multi-tasker in the truest sense, who thrives on juggling projects, demands, and timelines - and doesn’t get overwhelmed doing so. As a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing branch operations to ensure organizational success. In addition, you will effectively lead and support team members, drive performance, and contribute to the overall success of the branch. manage and motivate team members, set clear expectations, and provide guidance and direction based on company objectives.

**What you will do**:

- Lead and supervise branch staff, with the exception of Outside Sales personnel, while maintaining strong and positive internal relationships.
- Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally in collaboration with Marks customer service level commitments. Keep customers and staff up to date on new products.
- Implement and ensure acceptance of company processes at the direction of the Regional Manager. Develop an understanding of branch profitability and its relationship to company profitability.
- Ensure efficient and safe functioning of all warehouse processes, including open order reports, transfers (invoice adjustments/reorders), credit/re-bill, customer credits/returns, pricing issues and month end processes.
- Participate in the hiring process for new employees. Conduct performance reviews and day to day performance management.
